Nice setup but a shame it is so poorly lit.

camera distance and dark lighting are preventing are preventing your acting choice from being read properly. In a night scene like this its also good to through in either a very dim dome light or a few rim lights to fill in the darker parts of your actor

I think it was a mistake to have the person who speaks the mos, be off camera

It was very unclear to me that the guy in the frame wasn't the one talking (because it's so dark) until he said the second guy's line.
