This is pretty good. Staging needs a lot of work though.

Since you can't see the table, it looks like she's sitting on the floor. But I'm guessing she's supposed to be leaning on the table. However on the shot right after her, you can see most of the table, and if she's leaning on his same table, his line of sight is nowhere near her. And he's looking way too upwards if she's leaning on the table in front of him.
Animation-wise it's pretty good, but I would make her body rotate as she swings her arm.

I like it and the animation looks natural. it would be great if the camera angle can change up a little bit. Like flip the second shot vertically. Bob is looking to the right in the first shot, so zoey could look to the left more or twist her body angle to another side. As an audience, It might hard for us to think who and which direction are they talking to.
