Bob:

The girl is animated well, and the guy catching the hammer as throws it is a nice touch.

Lip syncing needs to sync up with the dialog more.

Charlotte:

(Be careful, there's a drop of quality in the audio midway through.) Some interesting acting choices but the characters move a little too much at times.

Did you edit the voice clip? Seems like there's an extra second between the "It wasn't personal" and the "W-What is that supposed to mean?"
