When the guy drops the notepad, it could be more fluent. It kinds stops in his hand, and then falls onto the table.

Hi! I like your choices of gestures in this clip, some of my favorites are his hand movements on the first “personal”, her dragging her hand down her face, and her tapping her chest. Also ik this isn’t part of what we’re voting on but I really like your lighting as well, it has a nice warm quality.
Some things you could work on for next time are to move every joint on every key, and to introduce more overlap. Right now the movement is a little robotic bc Some things stay completely still while others move, and all the movements are happening at the same time.

The basis are nice, but it needs a lot of refinement in the in-betweens.

There's a lot of action on the female character that feels rushed. When planning out your characters actions act them out yourself to see if it feels natural and to get a sense for the timing.
