If he's a ventriloquist, need some kind of mouth movement on his puppet.

There was a bit of delay toward the end, and it was interesting to see this with only one character moving and speaking. But I don't quite understand why he's talking to the arm-less doll thing.

you should move the puppet a bit more to indicate that he's the second one "talking" I didn't realize that until he moved his head half way- if he's gonna move you gotta go all out

This could use better staging. I feel that the character is too far away from the camera to see all the nice subtleties

I would have love to see you animate his lips when he is talking 'ventriloquist' mode. :)
April Slocombe:
Lip sync looks off, the pose during, "Whattya mean bad?" is cliched and I find the concept a bit confusing unless the man is a ventriloquist. Other than these issues, the animation is good as are the rest of the poses.
