Nice work! This made me chuckle by the end. The shipmate has particularly good reactionary acting. The captain is maybe a little over-the-top and doesn't seem to know what he's doing, but this is a start to a pretty great piece. Keep polishing!
Craig P. Smith:
Very nice feel. Good appealing motion and animation.
Nice mixing up of the posing on the captain, but it looks like it's just a pose for pose's sake. I doesn't really define the character. I have a hard time telling what the captain is feeling/thinking.
Kalpesh Patel:
it can be improve by giving proper timing.
Caelan:
My personal favourite and i watched and rated all of them.
Very good acting and natural poses. I would unfreeze the character at 145 though cause he seems to freeze almost completely stiff for a couple of frames. Other than that this animation was just awsomely done. Even the eye darts are done very well. it looks like you put in a lot of time and effort and it really shows through. You should give me some tips.
Alexis Dounce:
Nice animation in general, but the character with the hat stays too much time in the same tense position. It feels like it just freezes, I think it needs to relax a little after that position, and then stay there, maybe play with the eyes a little or blink. Right now the tense position feel so weird that distract you from the animation of the other guy.
Victor Pierce:
Love the expressiveness of these characters! When the guy freezes after 100 frames, I feel like he should at least be blinking or showing some sign of life.
