The plate has a sudden movement at frame 138 and 139.

Staging is confused, I would recommend planning your shots with the 180 degree rule in mind. Animation looks promising but unfinished.

I think what happened here is that you did everything at once. If you would have broken down the movements you could fix the popping of your characters arms and joints.
