Very nice work! For the purple guy, I'd like to see lip sinc. It makes the animation more fun to watch.

Not bad. If you are going to use just a few poses, try to convey as much character as you can in those. The big guy pose is very standard, standing straight, feet flat on the ground.

I think it's really well drawn, just wishing there was more motion in it.

Nice detailed designs, however, I think that maybe the reason why their bodies don't move very much, a lot to re-draw! Poses are ok but the animation is actually getting from pose A to pose B which there isn't a lot of, unfortunately.
