I think one thing that can improve easily your work is not to let things like head "floating"/moving alone..like after "save you", maybe it's a workflow issue...maybe try to have a blocking +++ before splining...and when you flip for a pose (with all keyed) to another you have to feel that it's natural, and go to splining curves only when acting looks quite finished....it's just my opinion...
