The acting is great! Man on the ground is awesome, but in my opinion, there is a problem with the eye direction of the blue character. He doesn't seem to be looking at the man sitting on the ground. Try moving him so he is screen left looking to his right and down at the man. And you could invent some more interesting action for him as well - he is a bit too repetitive. Maybe he could pop into the frame at the beginning from somewhere.

Really nice squash and stretch! You could've made the human's animation a bit more pushed and poppier, but it's looking really nice!
