I'm not so sure this isn't an an animator sent from Don Bluth himself for this contest, but the minds here providing feedback will probably have quite some difficulty.

I could complain that the style with the "blue pencil sketch" style with the red outline lacks clean-up work, but I don't think this is the overall point.
