His movement seems realistic. You could push his poses more though. It would be more interesting with more dynamic poses to express what he's saying. You could exaggerate his lip movement too.

Not bad! Lipsync could use some work, his mouth is closed on the word "know" and generally seems to be off from the audio. Good acting though! :)
