Really, really avoid doing the same thing with both hands at the same time, like a mirror. If you overlap or just work with one hand, it would look more natural.

Not bad, try to improvise more arcs in the arm movements.

Get those hands out of the neutral pose!! Should also compose your animation so we can read the acting better. Right now there's a lot of empty space around your character. Learn about good composition and animation fundamentals.
