Decent animation but none of the actions quite make sense. I would shoot some reference to get a feel for how someone would really say those lines.

Yeah it's good quality. Feels a bit like you tried to do too much with the guy, he goes on my nerves. I would half the amount of actions you get him to do and focus on saying more with subtle motion. He is jumping all over the place and I don't think it fits the voice acting.
I like your animation it's your acting choices that don't work for me. The girl is solid apart from a slight pop on her arm at around frame 100, but a more subtle more natural performance. It's definately one of the best I've seen, nice one.
