It seems decent enough.. but, and I really don't want to sound too negative, it kind of gives off the feel that you used fancy lighting and backgrounds to distract from the lack of animation.. The pose and actions of the woman in the last part are a bit odd and make it hard to see anything of the lipsync. There's fairly little to rate here.
