No lip sync? Camera position is too close, so it's hard to tell what this character's doing. There's no set up for the sword or who this character might be. The concept behind this isn't very clear... needs more work before entering this competition.

No lip sync, no scene shots, the viewer has no idea who is talking and so the visual has no context. But the inital animation of sharpening the sword was nice, but the overall animation was very poor as it has no story or context. 2/11

Hello there. My recommendation for you would be to practice your posing skills. Focus on contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
