The lip sync could have used a little more work, especially with 'b" and "ou" sounds. Also, everything seemed a little floaty. Aside from that, your poses and movements looked pretty good :)

Hello there. My recommendation for you would be to practice your posing skills. Focus on contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.

watch the boys animation, it looks like he has a period before his reaction in which there were no keys set and because of that he slowly drifts upwards instead of suddenly moving in reaction as he says the line. It feels kind of boring because there arn't any camera moves. if your gonna stay static on one character like this i feel like the foreground character needs more animation and the poses of the strut character need to be really dynamic. a small reaction shot of the boy though will save you a lot of work.
