Hello there. My recommendations for your work revolve around timing and pose choice. Most of your movements with each character have an even, sporadic nature. For example, the girl looking to her sides after being called is confusing and mechanical, while the teacher in shot one simply rocks back and forth much like a vertical seesaw, which in this case doesn't bring out his energy efficiently.
Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
I enjoyed watching this nonetheless. Keep up the good work.
