I don't get the story... Animation looks pretty good. The boy in he cell looks really animated and well thought out. Just overall the story is confusing.

I really like your lip-sync and you have some strong acting. The thing that stood out most is the prisoner's hand and feet where basically frozen. Maybe try having them slide a little bit.

Is a good animation, the moves and coordination... but the idea of the dummy, is not good. You have changed the doll for a key ring and I would have qualified with 10 stars.
