The master is very stoic and still, which can be fine, but doesn't really give you a chance to show off your animation skills. Other than the boy's cowering at the start there's not much motion in either of them. You've got a little hop from the master at the end, but it'd be nice to see that motion completed. You could either start it early, or give yourself a few extra seconds of silence if you needed in order to finish it.

Hi there. My advice for you is to strengthen your contact poses. Practice contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
