Good concept. Rather bloaty. Big man's face needs more emotional expressiveness.

The poses were interesting. But the transitions between poses became very floaty. Also watch the lip sync.

I think a lot of the bakers hand motions are too similar. Maybe if he used his other hand at some point would fix that.

Ethan Stanley:

I really like this animation, the characters definitely look like living, breathing people, the one thing I would say is that the eyes of the baker look like they're not all in with what he's saying, I'd say don't be afraid to take it a step further! Again, great job!

Laurent Châtellier:

Good work, yet it is floating. You need to work on this (I know because I have this same issue too :p ). Work on the splines so that your movement is not even evrywhere (slow in, slow out), and decide when to mark pauses.

Also, don't point fingers, this is too much "cliché".
