this is very good! My only criticisms are that it feels like you're putting too much poses into the shot, I feel that you need to hold certain poses a lot longer so that the movement doesn't feel as jerky. Also his head movement at 249 seems a bit robotic... I would suggest adding an inbetween in there where his head looks down, as we don't tend to move our heads in a straight line when we turn them.

Good animation. The poses could be stronger though - with better silhouette. For example the pose at 277 is a weak since if the figure was in silhouette, it wouldn't be clear what the character was doing.
