Nice concept and very topical.

You've put a lot of work into this. Problem is, the movements lack the illusion of life. Study up on "The 12 Principles of Animation", and look up how to do a ball bounce animation, with squash-and-stretch, and ease-in-and-out. Your idea works well though.
