I don’t think the shots that isolate each the characters is needed. Once the two characters meet, include them both to show they are indeed interacting close to each other.

Vanessa:

Lip sync needs the most work. Form the mouth shapes for the different phonem first. Then you can copy paste them for the lipsync. Also use a mirror. Look how your mouth is moving :) Or record yourself!

Monika:

Too many camera moves is distracting as well as a lot of unnecessary action.
