congrats on the entry, but you have to improve the facial animation, i think you forgot make him blink and could make better poses. keep animating

I like some things here - him pointing with his knife at the man in the chair was the best part of the animation and his expression is good - but the movements feel a bit unnatural. His right arm at 143 moves back and forth in a strange way, and he goes from 276 to his end pose very robot-like.

Also a note on composition, but moving the camera a little more to the right would make it more balanced. Right now the villain is centered and the man in the chair give a lot of weight to the right and there is not enough to counterbalance it on the left.

Still an interesting piece, I'm sure it can be pushed even further. Good luck!
