Work on rig control and lip syncing. Not to mention experimenting with figures that have more character. This guy was so bland, and not just because he was pure white, which made it hard following his lips.

Motions were very basic, which is by no means a bad thing, but they didn't look natural. Try taking reference video next time, and with more practice your animations will get better and better
