The framing could be tighter because we're seeing too much of the environment not enough of his face. The distance of the camera is so far that that face is being washed out by the lighting.

Pull the camera in. That was more of an establishing shot than an acting shot.

i feel like this whole thing would be a lot better if you just changed the facial expression to match the calm, collected, dialogue. (half closed lids and you're there.)

the dart flies in the scene too slow I think. should be more snappy and then some subtle movement
