im guessing the character is supposed to be drunk given the bottles and the movement. it seems the sync goes a bit off towards the end it seems the mouth is stuck on "important" when it has already moved on to "decisions" also the puff at the end seems strange whats happening is he just puffing his cheeks, is he burping, throwing up in his mouth?

It wasn't clear on the first viewing that he was supposed to be drunk, I just though he was animated in a loose, expressive way. Maybe have him holding the bottle and drinking out of it?

cool animation, you could use FK arm for left arm because he is tough. the 105 frame pose is weird, the legs are open with knees at opposite sides
