lip-syncing a bit off and could be smoother the way the man bends down looks a smudge unnatural, not bad

Pretty stiff. Need to get a handle on motion curves and tone down the camera.

You need to watch for arcs. I feel the characters' heads move in too much of a straight line as they shake them. Introduce some more gentle curves. The devil's expression is good though! I like it!

When you rotate or move a controller, consider to have movement in all axis/directions. An example is when the father shakes his head, it looks like it is only rotating on Y - looks robotic-like to me.

The camera movement is very distracting and doesn't do much to add the suspense/tension you're gearing for. A simple pan/track goes a long way, keep things simple and sweet and focus more on the character animation, which are lacking fundamentals at the moment.
