Nice on the faces, but it would have been more powerful if you'd moved the bodies a little.

I tried to show the relation between both of them but I feel that I should have held the frame longer at the start to allow the acknowledgment of the two characters in the same room.

I think my animation is too "robotic" for the guy in the doorway, one example is the scene where the soldier says "I'm not afraid" I should have added some more movement to the body and a better facial expression to blend into the pose of straighting up.

Also when the second character brought the pipe to his mouth was probably a bit too fast.

I like how the room is dark and the characters are facing each other like they are best friends and the other is trying to warn him. Nice work

bit stiff. I think your framing is good though. Well composed.
