Not too bad. The Yoda Team Fortress character is very well done.

John Fielding:

Man, you nailed it with the second guy, but you threw in waaaay too many poses on the first guy. It's distracting and unnatural. He also moves in a lot of fits of starts and stops. Maybe some hardcore cleanup/polish could salvage it, cuz I really like the control you show with the second guy
