You need to add more expressions to make it interesting.

Nice timing and weight! I think the mouth shapes should be more diverse otherwise it just shows the jaw moving up and down. His facial expression could look more natural if it weren't so symmetrical. Around 165 it might be more realistic if he shifted his weight and had a tilt or variation to the head movement.
