The lip sinc was pretty good. A suggestion I would make is to practice animating characters shifting weight from one leg to another. Even if he is standing there not moving, a weight shift would really add a lot

The audio is messed up. It's crackly and echo-y.

The beginning starts out fine with the hand movement but then it just becomes lifeless and stationary with no movement besides the lip sync and even with having to focus on nothing but the lip sync it seemed like not enough effort or care was given. I think since the only movements are the hand in the beginning and the lip sync with nothing else, more attention should have been giving to the lip sync, for example the mouth movements for the word "miserable" doesn't even match the syllables.
