The posing feels natural, but there's a lot of missing overshoot, anticipation, and general movement frames.

weird lypsinc.mouth is closed the whole time.at frame 180-186,the boy left too fast.and he left by sliding which is weird and ruins the believibility of the movement.

I love these characters! You did a great job of giving them distinct personalities and attitudes. The speaking character's movements in the second shot feel a little robotic, though. I think offsetting some of the limbs and smoothing out the arcs so she doesn't look like she's hitting a wall would help a lot. Great job!
