Nice scene! Use reference to push your pose transitions into more realistic ones. See that head nod at 146? The shoulders and clavicles move when the head moves like that,too! Noticing stuff like that will push your anim to the next level.

Justin Huffaker:

I would recommend focusing on making smoother body movements, many of the poses feel quite stiff and body parts move at the same exact time. You could offset some keyframes for individual body parts to move at slightly different times and maybe slow those movements down a bit so they feel more natural.

Caroline:

Awesome! I think there are moments when her upper body feels too stiff. Try adding subtle shifts in weight from the hips upward so she's never standing ramrod straight/completely still.

Miles Every:

I think the lip sync is well done, but a few things that you could work on: the body feels very static throughout the animation and the hands at times completely freeze in their transformations which draws your eyes to them (because it's so sudden)
