Ben Zingo:

the posing and finger movements are good, but it overall feels very stiff, and movement only happens when it's needed. Try acting it out, and shoot reference, and try working in more full-body movement.
The lipsync is also nice, though the mouth is doing the heavy lifting of expression, the rest of the face is pretty stiff/still
