Hey I really like the major poses you have keyed, they have good timing on the main women. The other lady I feel like when splined that reaction will be too fast in the first shot. She is reacting to her colleague way to quick. I think it would benefit it to either make the first shot longer and add more major poses to the red women or start her annoyed already.
