Ngl this looks a lot like some sort of rotoscope animation, I mean, it's really good using a reference to animate, buuuut if you only trace certain poses the animation will look really stiff, plus it's really evident that you're not really understanding the poses that you're making. Try to study more your references and understand the action that you're trying to animate.
