Hello! I would like to provide critique. First of all, great job on the camera movements. I think they could be a bit smoother but it is clear there was a lot of intention on where they were. The zoom-out at the end was really nice! My main critique would be to make sure the story is clearer. I’m not sure who this character is talking to, why he isn’t real, and who he is helping. Coming up with a solid intention behind the character’s motivations will help guide you while filming reference footage and animating. I’m not sure if you used reference footage, but if you didn’t, I highly recommend doing that. If you did, I think relying more on it will help with the timing and spacing of your animation, as well as posing the character more clearly. There are some parts where the movement is jittery and unnatural (for example the hip scooch from frame 80-100). I think using reference will definitely help! Planning out the character’s gestures and movements and making them all intentional will help you connect with the audience based on what the character is saying/reacting to. Keep it up!
