Its clear you used IK for the hands, a good idea is to not use IK for the hands when the character is not interacting with an object. Such as the Table in this case. Cause the hands clearly aren't reacting to the movement of the body and the shoulders.

And at the end you seem to have it a little backwards where you used FK while the characters hand is on his chest cause the hand drifts with the movement of the shoulder. In that case you'd want to constrain the IK hand control to the chest to allow the hand to move with the chest.

If you aren't using IK then you spent a lot of time and effort to counter animate the hands to keep them more stable or smooth. Which isn't really what you want.

Alexander Dvorak:

You did a great job on the animation itself, but its unclear in what way the character isn't real. I'm not sure there is a story in this scene. You did a great job making the character feel real and believable, and the actions look really clean. One thing I would say is that the hand gestures outward on frame 175 don't seem to travel along arcs. Overall this is a good piece!

Dina Coletti:

Hey there! Great work on your animation. I think you did really great with some of your key poses, including the part where he taps the table and the part where he puts his arms up! I think there are a couple of ways you can push this animation! First, it seems like your arms are in IK. Switching between FK and IK would help improve some of the more organic movements in your animation. Second, I think you can push the facial expressions a bit more, having him look around and changing the face shape would help give him more expressions and better understand his emotions! Overall, your animation turned out well, but you can definitely push it more and really give your character an emotional arch throughout the dialogue! I wish you the best in your future in animation :)

Looks fine. But why don't the eyebrows emote, and the elbows are jittery
