The bones are there, but there are a lot of fundamentals missing.
You can use this shot to understand more about the fundamentals and with everything you try you'll find it looks better and better.
First, the camera.
White shirt should be positioned Screen Left in frame and Brown shirt should be on the right. Currently both look like they talking to people at opposite ends of the table.
Use the graph editor to take out the jerkiness. Aim for having nice curves that way it'll look smoother.
You lose the lip sync at the end. I think you should start by adding PERSON and MORE REAL. Then you can get away with simple and small mouth shapes inbetween.
