I like your expressive drawings and design.
Obviously you're not done with this one, so here's a few notes before you start clean up.
Around f186 the arm is really foreshortened and you lose the hand. I think you should lead with the hand instead of raising the elbow first.
f35 - there's a moment here where she could glance at him for a beat, then get a rush of sadness then slump onto her knees.
f150 - maybe a slight head turn away from him after she hears 'right here, right now'. That could help show that she doesn't want to accept he'll disappear, then motivate him to move in closer and touch her shoulder.
