A lot of quick smear animation happening here. Personally, I feel you're using that technique too much. You should pick your moments when it calls for it. With the walk at the beginning, I feel the gate on the walk is too wide. Normally people walk with their feet closer together and their feet are not usually straight ahead but have an angle to them. Your animation lacks overlapping and secondary action. The sniff movement is a bit jarring and doesn't really work. I would try and find a better (subtle) solution for that. The body mechanics are also stiff; you have isolated movements where the body doesn't support it at all. Think of the "flour sack" animation examples. That should be your body movement.
David S. Rodriguez:
There is an overuse of some visual distortion that I call "speed lines" is distracting and breaking the solid drawing but at least red and blue contrast each other nicely to let us see both characters. Also, the outlines are broken and should instead be one continous line.
