Richard Clark:

I'd remove the background image... it's too distracting. Both characters pretty much stay in the same place and there's not much change in their performances. Did you shoot reference for this? I would recommend that. If you did, study it more.

David S. Rodriguez:

Great animation but the background takes the immersion out for me. Still, good job!

Sam Hughes:

I would say for the shrug at 177, bring those arms out faster and leave more room for the shoulders to visibly raise. Then for the contact at 220, keep the hand in the position you want it to land in for the arc duration, because the sudden twist and placement on top of his shoulder felt too sudden, than if he'd made contact on the side of his arm instead.
Also, throw some easy-ins on the arms at the end to lighten the jerkiness of those key frames.

Caroline Grike:

There are a lot of great reactions and gestures in your animation I just think it could use a little more time going through the blocking stage. It seems to need a few more poses in between movements as well as adjustments with timing to stop your characters from floating around to much. This is a great start!
