I think there are times when one character is moving too much while the other is talking and it causes a focus problem with your piece. For instance, the cat-like character pulls out his gun when the other is talking. I think you should wait for the gun to come out when he says, "You think you can handle it?" Same with the female character when she says "not right off hand, no"... that's when she should put her headphones in. I think the lip sync could improve a bit.

Great, but the ending could be pushed further if he turned towards her as he yelled, "Don't touch me!" to really set him off. Otherise, good job on the animation!
