I'm confused why the guy with the tie is hold and reading that piece of paper? Seems like it's part of a bigger story but not knowing what that is makes it confusing. Some of the secondary motion on the hair of the characters work but when they go into those moments of "walkcycle" repeat, the hair loses that and hits on the same frame as the up and down movement of the walk. You could probably add more drag on the tie at the beginning area. You could also add more body movement in some way when the second character places his hand on the first character's shoulder instead of just an isolated hand moving.

Good! I thought the one holding the papers would drop the stack of papers or something funny. I also thought that the one with shoulder-length hair could turn his head as he is mostly facing forward the whole time. Still, good work!
