Looks like someone ran out of time since it's still in blocking phase.

This is clearly in Playblast mode with the resolution gate still on. Also this is in Stepped Mode and should not ready for competition. Still, it is up to a nice start. I suggest splining everything together and before polishing it into a complete animation.
