I would give a little separation of the characters in the shot either by moving someone over or changing the camera position. You don't want them on top of each other in frame. You also need to get the body more involved when the character gestures with his arm(s) instead of having it isolated from the body. Also, don't just move the whole body up and down without any overlap or secondary motion. That will add life to it. Right now it looks like 2 stiff toys.
David S. Rodriguez:
There are missing elements like exaggeration, follow-up/follow through, arcs, and ease in-ease out and they are just walking instead of doing something else. Plus, nobody is eating anything, so I am unsure what is going on.
