First off, I really appreciate how many characters you animated all at once, this is never easy to do. That being said, I think this is hurting your staging here. The camera is positioned like a security cam looking down on this group so that you can fit them all within frame. You don't need to have all your characters present in one shot: instead, I suggest being more eye level with them and featuring multiple shots to show important reactions to the dialogue. In doing this, you even save yourself having to animate so much lip sync. There's a number of fundamentals that need to be added and worked on here too. I think the most important is to add secondary actions to avoid your rigs looking so stiff. Anything from the shoulders down, for example, hasn't been animated so this gives your characters a doll-like appearance. Overall, for a beginner animation, I think this is a decent start that just needs to study the fundamentals for improvement.
