Lovely mouth movement! The scene is animated very subtly, but you can tell everything fits into the scene and is alive. Great work!

Nice setup, but I would suggest to simply the mouth shapes so their mouths are just flickering while they talk

For the type of animation it is, it's pretty good. Just feels the movements could be a bit more exaggerated and less subdued.
